Around 70 people from the Victoria Mía collective, are against the obstruction of the paternal-filial bond, they demonstrated peacefully along Sánchez Taboada boulevard, in Zona Río, to demand that their rights as responsible parents be respected.

He pointed out that they support both men and women, but mainly parents who cannot see their children during the divorce process.

The group receives support from five lawyers specialized in family and criminal law, who provide free advice, psychological care and support in court or before the prosecutor’s office. Alemán emphasized that the group does not support aggressors or parents with convictions, but only those who comply with child support and wish to be present in the lives of their children.

In addition, he reported that they are working on a proposal called <<Ley Victoria>>, which seeks to establish efficient protocols to determine whether a person who accuses their ex-partner of assault presents conclusive evidence before a restraining order is issued.
